In-house Retirement Planning Courses for companies can be arranged at a venue chosen by the company. These courses can be or 1 or 2 days duration with the programme modified to meet the particular needs of the company and their employees. If required, clients are able to provide their own input on various company benefits, pension schemes and post retirement support. The course can concentrate on pre-retirement, mid-life planning or redundancy, depending on the requirements.
As with the 'open' course, two tutors are available throughout the duration of the course. We liaise with the client prior to the course to arrange the best possible programme content. All participants are invited to complete a pre-course questionnaire so that tutors are well briefed beforehand to deal with any issues which are likely to be raised.
As all our courses are interactive rather than ‘lecture’ format, a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 20 participants allows full discussion and exchange of ideas, increasing the benefit to all.
We recommend the attendance of the spouse/partner of the retiree as this has shown to be beneficial.

We can meet the need of small organisations or large companies with small groups of staff geographically spread throughout the country. We offer a one-day course ideally for 6 staff.
The course follows the principles of our ‘in-house’ courses but one tutor facilitates the day.
