As experts in the development of educational programmes to enable people to manage change and transitions in life, Life Academy has developed a tailor-made redundancy programme that incorporates both face-to-face and online components. The programme, titled 'Focussing on the Future' has been delivered to employees facing redundancy within the public sector.
