Changing Pensions Landscape Drives Increase in Financial Education

Life Academy has seen demand for financial education courses increase significantly over the past year. Stuart Royston, Chief Executive, said: ‘It has always been the case that financial education is most effective when it supports changes in pensions or benefits and employers have usually seen the need for education as at least a communication process. Employers are now wanting to ensure employees understand the importance and relevance of staff pensions and benefits and auto-enrolment is starting to provide an impetus ’.
