Is there a future for retirement as we know it? Trevor Matthews to deliver Annual Lecture - NOW FULL

Life Academy is delighted that Trevor Matthews, Chief Executive of Friends Provident, will be delivering the Life Academy's Annual Lecture on November 17th 2009. The title of Trevor's talk - 'Is there a future for retirement as we know it?'.

Trevor will discuss the challenges ahead for people thinking about retirement. He will look at the changing economic landscape and how this is affecting pension provision in the UK. With the corporate pensions market rapidly moving into a new era where employees are demanding solutions to their retirement needs and not just products, Trevor will discuss what can be done to address these needs and the changes that have to be addressed en route. His talk will also look at what can be done to help people navigate their way towards retirement.
