Payment details

Payment details for all open courses: Bookings should be made using the form in the course brochure or via the website. Invoices are generated immediately upon written receipt of bookings and should be taken as confirmation of the booking. Joining instructions will follow after full payment has been received and approximately two weeks prior to the commencement of the course. Provisional telephone bookings will be confirmed when written details are received and this should be within fourteen days of the telephone booking. Please make cheques payable to Life Academy.

Cancellations / Transfers

Notice of cancellation is required as soon as possible. Cancellation charges are as follows:

Cancellation one month before start of course - no charge / full refund*

Cancellation two weeks before start of course - 50% of course fee *

Cancellation one week before start of course - 100% of course fee

* An administration charge of £30 will be charged or deducted from any refund.

In cases of difficulty we will try to transfer participants to a different course. Transfers requested less than four weeks before the course will incur an administration charge of £30.
